Personal information collected by webZplus via any media, including but not limited to electronic, paper forms, documents, or search engines will only be used for the purposes of providing services by webZplus & its associated Companies, Agents or Contractors.

The information you submit to us may be disclosed to those of our staff, who are involved in specific aspects of our business and other third parties who assist us in the administration and marketing processes associated with the conduct of our business.

webZplus uses sophisticated mailing list software to send email messages on behalf of our clients. The databases are password-protected on two levels to prevent them being accessed by third parties.

webZplus will not use any of the details of any of these contact records for any purpose other than to fulfill its duties in processing email messages.

Contact record details will not be divulged to any other Client under any circumstances and will only be used as directed by our Clients in a legally responsible manner.

webZplus recognises and appreciates the responsible use of information relating to Clients and their businesses. It will be treated with respect, and at all times kept and held confidentially.

Every effort has been taken to ensure security and privacy of the information held from intrusive third parties, both physically and electronically.

Name(s), Address(s), Telephone Number(s), Email Address(s), Credit Card Details, Business details including, A.B.N., A.C.N. or Business Registration Numbers, any additional information you provide, when you apply or register on our website(s), complete forms (both electronic or paper), use our forum(s), chat room(s), view our webcam(s), purchase items from our Online Shop(s) or any other information you may provide to us through entry forms, questionnaires or surveys.
